You receive a fixed monthly salary in BDT, deposited directly to your bank account by the 10th of every month. No invoicing, no delays, no freelance platforms. Since our founding, we have maintained a 100% on-time payment record. Your salary is guaranteed from Day 1, including during your training period.

Working hours depend on the role and client. Your recruiter will explain the exact schedule before you accept the position.

US client experience is not required for every role. Requirements vary by position, and each job listing explains the experience and skills needed.

All positions are remote. You will normally need your own reliable computer, stable internet connection, and suitable workspace. Any role-specific equipment or software requirements will be explained in the job listing or by your recruiter.

Yes, 1–3 months depending on the role. You receive full salary from day one, with no unpaid trials or "test projects" without pay. The probation is simply a mutual evaluation period for both sides.
